Because continuous exercise improves one’s performance, reduces stress and thus enhances the quality of life. To get women moving, a specific diagnosis and therapy, but also a great deal of sensitivity are needed, precisely because women are different due to their genes, their hormones, their anatomy, psychology as well as their lifestyle. Because of this, the multi-professional la pura team, consisting of physicians, therapists and sports scientists has prepared special techniques and sports offers in the la pura fitness area, so that women can make optimal use of their kinetic energy. In addition, la pura offers an extensive exercise and sports concept in the context of the activity programme. At la pura, women can find out about their respective physical performance and health with our special diagnostic procedures: we use bioimpedance analysis (BIA) to detect potential imbalances in our body composition. Your personal resting metabolic rate can be determined with a breath gas analysis (aircheck) – and the ramp test on a bicycle is used to measure your optimal training heart rate for individual fat burning. And as if that wasn’t enough, the muscle function and coordination check tests the sensorimotor function and body stability and determines any shortening and weakening of the musculature.

During the exercise coaching in the context of the individual training based on sports science, all your personal needs are addressed. After determining the current fitness level, each woman receives special custom-tailored training recommendations that can and should also be continued after the wellness vacation. Galileo training is also used at la pura: a combination of vibration, coordination, balance and strength training that activates deep muscle groups using involuntary stretching reflexes. The region features perfect surroundings for a hike or a jog along the romantic Kamp river, as well as beautiful walking trails and an opportunity to go on bike tours. The Gars tennis club makes four clay courts available to la pura and offers lessons for all skill levels. For golf enthusiasts, there is an 18-hole golf course in Ottenstein. Women who crave more action can look forward to a climbing park and Segway tours.
