During a consultation in a relaxed atmosphere, your ailments will be discussed and clarified through a clinical examination (according to internal, orthopaedic, neurological, etc. perspectives). Any findings you bring with you will be explained and added to, if necessary

1 x underwater extension therapy, 20 min.
This unique la pura treatment is a combination of extension therapy and massage in warm water. It is carried out in a special therapy basin. It is a gentle, effective treatment that is particularly suited for tensions and misaligned sections of the spinal column. Joints and spinal discs are relieved and muscles are loosened.

1 x healing gymnastics, 50 min
In this individual therapy, the therapist can focus on individual problems and ailments. You will receive instructions for improved exercise sequences that can be carried out not just during the treatment, but also at home, so that you can keep up the practice.

1 x personal training based on sports science, 50 min
This one-to-one training programme is individually adjusted for you, which is why it is also very effective. You will receive training recommendations that you can apply at home after your stay at la pura.

1 x softpack moor pack, 20 min
The moor pack helps the back muscles to relax and to alleviate pain.

Healthy nutrition gives your body energy and makes sure that the muscles, brain and metabolism work properly. Specific analyses and individual nutrition counselling based on the results (also taking into account potential intolerances) serve to improve your general well-being.

1 bio-impedance analysis, 20 min.
Individual body compartments such as body water, muscle mass and body mass are determined accurately. You will receive nutrition and exercise recommendations based on the results.

1 x aircheck resting metabolic rate measurement, 50 min
Using breath gas analysis, the individual daily energy requirement (fat and carbohydrate combustion) is measured in the resting state. This makes it possible to detect causes for weight problems and to issue suitable individual recommendations

1 bio-energy testing and initial therapy, 60 min.
The tests according to specifications by Dr. Voll are used to look for sources of disease and interference fields at the acupuncture points (hand/foot). Compatibilities with materials and food intolerances are checked and a therapy plan for an initial therapy is prepared.

1 x individual nutritional counselling, 50 min
Nutrition counselling makes it possible to find out, in an easily understandable way, how easy it can be to achieve a balanced diet without having to forego tasty foods. A nutritional concept is based on your individual everyday situation

1 x nutrition education “How to shop for food”, 25 min.
In the food industry’s labelling jungle it can sometimes be difficult to differentiate between important information and distractions. This workshop provides an insight into the psychology of shopping and the basics of how to read labels.

Our holistic treatment concept offers individual solutions to improve your flexibility and alleviate any pain in the spinal column, joints and muscles. Poor posture can be corrected and muscle chains can be brought into balance.

1 x muscle function and coordination check, 40 min
This check is used to test which muscle groups are shortened and/or weakened. In addition, an S3 check is used to determine the quality of sensorimotor function, symmetry and body stability. These aspects play an important role in connection with an upright posture and the prevention of falls and injuries.  This can be used to prepare individually optimised treatment and training recommendations.

1 x aircheck fat burning test, 25 min
The breath gas analysis provides information, among other things, about individual fat and carbohydrate combustion under physical stress.  This makes it possible to determine the individual training pulse range, including the one for optimal fat combustion. This testing can be carried out on an ergometer, on a treadmill or as a walking test.

During the blood circulation measurement or ABI (ankle-brachial index) measurement, 4 blood pressure cuffs are attached to the arms and legs. Among other things, this measurement serves to examine whether there are any arterial circulatory disorders

With this voucher, you can also cover the patient’s contribution in the amount of € 300 for the three-day preventive care package.

Which tariffs include a health check?
This is based on the special class insurance with health check for the tariffs e.g. (G)XA, (G)XB, XG, XO, G(XQ), (G)PA, (G)PB, PG, PO, G(PQ) –  as of 02/2017.
The “Additional voucher” is only valid in connection with one of the following vouchers for a preventive care package: Exercise, nutrition, back, preventive care. All these packages are only available with the BESSER LEBEN tariff.
Customers who only have the BESSER LEBEN tariff (or older special class tariffs) without health checks included in the tariff can make use of the offer. In this case, part of the costs is covered by the insurance, with a co-payment of € 300.
