Hormone Yoga with Daniela Kemel according to the Dinah Rodrigues method is optimal for women during and after menopause: balancing, harmonising, soothing! In the Yoga Lounge or the idyllic setting of the Kamptal valley.
Hormone Yoga & Luna Yoga: Daniela
Hormone yoga increases the sense of well-being of women before, during and after menopause. It helps to deal with hormone-related sleep disorders, fatigue, mood swings, hot flashes and much more. You will learn the exercise sequence developed by Dinah Rodrigues, which you can then continue to practice at home. The workshop will be complemented with exercises from Luna Yoga, which can benefit women with menstrual and menopausal problems, due to its particular emphasis on stimulating the pelvic and reproductive organs.
Hatha Yoga (outdoor) & Yin Yoga (indoor): Doris
Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga in which body and mind are brought into balance primarily through the use of physical exercises, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. In Hatha Yoga, the two main energies in our system (moon and sun) are brought into harmony, predominantly through physical exercises. Sun energy is all about centring oneself and generating energy and self-confidence. Moon energy stands for relaxation, intuition and sensitivity. This style of yoga promotes the balance, flexibility, stability and strength of the body as well as inner emotional balance and serenity of the mind. The interplay of movement, stretching, breathing, concentration and mindfulness activates energy throughout the body to imbue it with a vital radiance. Yin Yoga consists mainly of yoga positions sitting or lying on the floor for long periods (approx. 2-5 min.). Most of these positions are carried out without any muscle activity. This calm, sustained holding of the asanas addresses deep-set tissues and parts of the body. Blockages, tensions and shortening of connective tissue, ligaments and joints can be relieved. The stretching or “letting go” of tension in these tissues results in improved flexibility and balance of the energy flow in the body. Yin Yoga allows you to explore your own body within its own limits and encourages you to trust and rebuild awareness of your body.
