My own personal “me time” at la pura
In the evening, I dropped in my bed, fully satisfied, and went to sleep right away. I hadn’t enjoyed such a deep, restful sleep for a long time. When I woke up, I was so full of energy that I took a walk before breakfast, up to the castle that I could see from my window. From up there, I had a fantastic view of Gars am Kamp. I made use of my time in the fresh air to listen deep inside myself. To find out what was causing me the most stress. In which situations should I say no more often? Am I really happy?
After breakfast, I headed off to the mental coaching. The therapist showed me ways to include little relaxation journeys in my everyday life and gave me plenty of tips about how I could better maintain boundaries for myself. It felt good to talk about these things with a professional and to reveal things that I usually keep to myself. It was a wonderful journey back to myself. Finally, it was all just about me. I had time to achieve clarity on a few things and to restore my strength and energy. The environment inspired me, and the fact that there were only women felt extremely good.
I’m sure I will make time for my personal “me time” at la pura regularly!
Activity programme – free of charge for women!
Since exercise is a decisive factor for women’s health and well-being, la pura offers a diverse programme every day. Indoor and outdoor. It’s an ideal way to try out new things to find out what’s right for you. The presentations by our team of physicians also offer an opportunity to obtain recommendations for a healthier life by medical professionals who are trained in female-specific topics. The cooking classes by chef Markus Witzer will provide excellent inspiration for everyone who’d like to know more about healthy cooking.

CURRENT NOTE – due to COVID-19 hygiene guidelines and recommendations:
Safety distances and maximum group sizes must be observed in every course. This results in a person restriction of max. 6 people (including trainer). Registration is essential and can only be done on site. Our therapy reception is always up to date. If the weather permits, as many of our courses as possible are held outdoors.
Some of our indoor exercise rooms (eg the “Kamptal”) are currently due to the corona in the neighboring building opposite. For crossing the street (approx. 30 m) we recommend a jacket and shoes during the cold season.
